The Way of The Righteous (Revelation 14:12-13)

I. SAVED PEOPLE WLL PERSEVERE

Romans 11:29 (NASB) for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

Ephesians 1:13-14 (NASB) 13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.

Ephesians 4:30 (NASB) Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

John 6:37-40 (NASB) 37 “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out. 38 “For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. 39 “This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day. 40 “For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”

II. SAVED PEOPLE OBEY AND TRUST

1 John 2:19 (NASB) They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us.

Luke 8:13 (NASB) “Those on the rocky soil are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no firm root; they believe for a while, and in time of temptation fall away.

III. SAVED PEOPLE HAVE A PROMISE

2 Corinthians 5:8 (NASB) we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

Psalms 116:15 (ESV) Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

Ephesians 4:30 (ESV) And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Hebrews 6:10 (NASB) For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints.
