The Third Seal – Revelation 6:5-6

Revelation 11:15 (NASB) Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.”


Jeremiah 14:1-2 (NASB) 1 That which came as the word of the Lord to Jeremiah in regard to the drought: 2 “Judah mourns and her gates languish; They sit on the ground in mourning, And the cry of Jerusalem has ascended.

Jeremiah 14:1-2 (KJV) 1 The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah concerning the dearth. 2 Judah mourneth, and the gates thereof languish; they are black unto the ground; and the cry of Jerusalem is gone up.

Jeremiah 14:3-4 (KJV) 3 And their nobles have sent their little ones to the waters: they came to the pits, and found no water; they returned with their vessels empty; they were ashamed and confounded, and covered their heads. 4 Because the ground is chapt, for there was no rain in the earth, the plowmen were ashamed, they covered their heads.

Lamentations 4:4 (NASB) The tongue of the infant cleaves to the roof of its mouth because of thirst; The little ones ask for bread, but no one breaks it for them.

Lamentations 5:10 (KJV) Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.

Joel 2:6 (NASB) Before them the people are in anguish; All faces turn pale.

Joel 2:6 (KJV) Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.

Ezekiel 4:16-17 (NASB) 16 Moreover, He said to me, “Son of man, behold, I am going to break the staff of bread in Jerusalem, and they will eat bread by weight and with anxiety, and drink water by measure and in horror, 17 because bread and water will be scarce; and they will be appalled with one another and waste away in their iniquity.

Matthew 24:7 “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.

1 Peter 1:13 (NASB) Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
