Habakkuk 3:2 (NASB) Lord, I have heard the report about You and I fear. O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years, In the midst of the years make it known; In wrath remember mercy.
I. GOD’S APPOINTED PAUSE
Psalms 67:7 (NASB) God blesses us, that all the ends of the earth may fear Him.
Isaiah 40:22 (NASB) It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.
Jeremiah 49:36 (NASB) ‘I will bring upon Elam the four winds from the four ends of heaven and will scatter them to all these winds; And there will be no nation to which the outcasts of Elam will not go.
2 Samuel 22:11 (NASB) “And He rode on a cherub and flew; And He appeared on the wings of the wind.

II. GOD’S DIVINE PROTECTION

III. GOD’S DISTINCT PEOPLE
